- Location: Cities Room
- Led by: PDG Judy Hatz
- Description: Lions leave their clubs because they are pulled away by outside forces such as jobs and family. But they also are pushed out by their clubs, not feeling valued. How can we change these outcomes?
Where Are Your Next Leaders?
- Location: Geneva Room
- Led by: Lion Adam Crowson and IPCC Tammy Rockenbach
- Description: Do you have officers in the role for many years? What happens if they can no longer fulfill their duties? Have you looked at your new members to lead your club?
